Alicia
Alicia offers deeply nourishing classes that blend Yin, Restorative Yoga, Pranayama, and Yoga Nidra, all guided by the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the rhythms of nature. Her teaching is soft, grounding, and intuitive—an invitation to slow down, feel, and reconnect with what lies beneath the surface.
Her yoga journey began in childhood, inspired by her mother’s home practice, and evolved through travels across India, Southeast Asia, and South America. Over the years, she’s developed a rich personal practice rooted in presence, compassion, and curiosity—drawing from Qi Gong, Ayurveda, and meditation as well.
When she’s not teaching, Alicia works as a project and event manager, co-runs the Mountain & Sea Retreats in Greece, and occasionally supports the vibrant food scene at Marktlokal in Berlin. Her world is shaped by community, nature, and a deep belief in the power of softness.
