Breathwork is an intensive and deeply impactful practice that works with consciously guided breathing intervals to intentionally shift the state of the nervous system. Through these shifts, emotional tension, inner blockages, and held patterns can be brought into awareness and released.
The class includes dynamic breathing sequences that intentionally alter the rhythm of the breath, heightening awareness of the body, emotions, and inner processes. This form of breathwork can evoke powerful experiences and supports the release of unconscious tension, the movement of emotional energy, and the regulation of the nervous system. Guided integration phases help process and stabilize what has been experienced.
The course is suitable for all levels and takes place within a clear and supportive framework. Breathwork is designed for those who are willing to engage in deeper physical and emotional processes, expand their self-awareness, and explore new inner states. The practice can foster clarity, inner flexibility, and a more conscious relationship with personal response patterns.

Jivamukti Open is designed for practitioners of all levels—from beginners to experienced yogis—guided by clear verbal instruction and optional supportive hands-on assists. Different variations of the asanas are offered, allowing newcomers and advanced students alike to practice in a way that meets their individual needs.
The class is rooted in the five pillars of Jivamukti Yoga: Shastra (study of yogic scriptures), Bhakti (devotion), Ahimsa (non-violence), Nada (music), and Dhyana (meditation). These traditional principles are interwoven with contemporary themes and a modern approach to practice. Each session includes chanting, pranayama, flowing Vinyasa sequences, alignment work, meditation, and relaxation.
Every Open Class follows a structured framework of 14 key elements that creatively connect asana, meditation, and philosophical teachings. Music plays an essential role and ranges from classical ragas to electronic sounds and hip-hop.
While the class is open to all levels, beginners should note that detailed step-by-step breakdowns of each posture may be limited. Jivamukti Open offers a dynamic, music-driven practice that encourages personal growth and self-responsibility on the mat.

Yang to Yin combines dynamic movement with conscious stillness, creating a balanced transition from activity to relaxation. The class begins with a flowing, activating Vinyasa sequence inspired by Hatha and Ashtanga elements. This Yang phase builds heat, strength, and mobility, while the mindful connection of breath and movement enhances focus and presence.
In the second part of the class, the practice shifts into a calm Yin sequence. Postures are held for longer periods, gently targeting connective tissue, fascia, tendons, and ligaments. This phase allows tension to release and invites a deeper sense of stillness.
The course is suitable for all levels and offers a holistic practice that supports both physical stability and mental clarity. Regular participation can improve mobility, build resilience, and contribute to emotional balance. The Yin portion in particular has a regenerative effect on muscles, fascia, and overall well-being.
Yang to Yin creates space for intentional movement, breath, and relaxation—with the aim of cultivating balance and supporting the body as a whole.

Yin Yoga is a calm, regenerative practice featuring long-held, mostly floor-based postures. The poses are taken passively, without muscular effort, and are held for several minutes to gently target the connective tissue, fascia, ligaments, and joints.
By staying in the postures for an extended time, mobility is supported, tension can gradually release, and the nervous system is given space to regulate. The focus is on conscious breathing, inner awareness, and a mindful relationship with the body. Yin Yoga is a valuable complement to more dynamic movement practices and supports recovery and balance.
The class is suitable for all levels. Yin Yoga offers a quiet space to slow down, improve mobility, and cultivate physical and mental equilibrium.
If the class is marked “+ Touch” in the schedule, the practice is complemented by the gentle, supportive power of touch. The teacher offers soft hands-on adjustments and simple massage impulses to help release tension, calm the nervous system, and create a sense of safety and support. You will also learn simple self-massage techniques that can easily be integrated into daily life.
If the class is marked “+ Sound”, the session concludes with a sound bath using various sound healing instruments such as singing bowls and gong, deepening relaxation and enhancing the effects of the practice.
Regardless of the version, Yin Yoga always invites you to slow down, let go, and be present—supported by stillness, mindful touch, and optional sound.

The goal is to increase space between joint surfaces, improve circulation, and reduce tension. ELDOA can support better posture, help relieve pain, and contribute to the long-term health of the spine and joints.
The class is suitable for all levels and requires concentration, body awareness, and active engagement. ELDOA can be practiced preventively or as a complementary method alongside existing concerns (for acute or medical conditions, please consult a qualified professional beforehand).
