vea Studio

Movement, Yoga & Meditation in Kreuzberg

vea studio is a teacher-founded and teacher-led space for movement, reflection, and connection—located in the heart of Kreuzberg, right by Oranienplatz. Our offerings include yoga, Pilates, movement, and meditation. Classes are open and accessible, held in both German and English.

We aim to create a place where practice is more than physical exercise: a space where you can feel, explore, and connect with others. It’s not about perfection, but about presence. About honesty, awareness, and the freedom to simply be—with everything that is.

We understand yoga as something alive—a practice that is in relationship with life. Sometimes quiet, sometimes loud. Sometimes retreat, sometimes resistance.

It’s important to us to connect self-care with social responsibility. This includes our monthly kirtans, whose full proceeds are donated to various organizations or activist groups, as well as our solidarity classes, where initiatives and collectives are invited to present their work and raise funds.

Our teachers come from diverse training backgrounds and bring their own experiences, styles, and perspectives into the space. Each person shapes vea studio in their own way. Without them, it wouldn’t be what it is: a vibrant, multifaceted space sustained by the people who create it.

We believe that self-care and social awareness belong together and can strengthen one another. And we understand diversity not as a buzzword or an asset, but as an ongoing practice—a willingness to engage critically with our own and others’ positions and perspectives, with awareness of discrimination and power structures.

In diesem Sinn freuen wir uns, wenn du vorbei schaust.

For mindfulness, respect, and responsibility.

Against all forms of discrimination!
