Vera

Vera’s classes are a blend of Kundalini Yoga, somatic exercises, Breathwork, dance, music, and voice, all aimed at nurturing both body and mind. She creates a safe(er), loving space where participants can connect with themselves and others, process emotions, and tap into their inner energy. Whether focusing on strengthening the nervous system or cultivating relaxation, Vera’s approach is as transformative as it is joyful, often enhanced by her carefully curated playlists that range from techno to sound bowls.

As a child, Vera discovered her love for movement through dance, and her passion only deepened as she transitioned to practicing Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Over time, she became drawn to the healing aspects of yoga, leading her to explore various yoga and coaching certifications. Her personal practice reflects this evolution, balancing morning Breathwork, Kundalini kriyas, and a curiosity for new techniques.

Vera believes that yoga is far more than physical postures — it’s a path to connection, healing, and presence. Her philosophy, “You start where you are, and you are perfect as you are,” embodies her compassionate and inclusive teaching style.

Described as warm, creative, and caring, Vera balances teaching with her role as a pedagogical guide and coach in a social project for adults. In her free time, she enjoys tending to her garden, discovering new hobbies like singing and knitting, or simply laughing at dog videos.

For Vera, yoga is not just a practice—it’s a way of life. Whether on the mat or off, her classes inspire love, laughter, and a deeper connection to the present moment.
