JULIA
Julia is a Jivamukti Yoga teacher (800+ h) whose classes combine asana, philosophy, chanting, and a carefully curated playlist—often featuring electronic music. She first came to yoga through a university course, but it was her first Jivamukti class in Berlin in 2016 that truly sparked something deeper.
Her teaching balances physical challenge with inner inquiry. Julia likes to gently push her students—both in their bodies and in the beliefs they hold about themselves. She believes we often underestimate what we’re capable of, and that change only happens when we’re willing to try. Her classes are clear, present, and honest, inviting you to step beyond self-imposed limitations.
JULIA unterrichtet JIVAMUKTI OPEN – Freitag 16:00 Uhr

Julia maintains a regular studio practice to continue learning in community, while her personal practice at home centers around meditation and chanting. For her, consistency matters more than intensity—and yoga extends far beyond daily asana.
Alongside teaching, she works as a project manager at PETA, advocating for animal rights. Yoga off the mat, for Julia, means recognizing our responsibility in the world and acting from that awareness.
Her philosophy is simple: life happens now. If you haven’t tried it, you don’t yet know whether it’s not for you.
