JULIA
Julia P. is an experienced Jivamukti Yoga teacher (800h+) with decades of practice and a deep grounding in yoga philosophy. She has further expanded her training with Trauma Sensitive Yoga and Smart Sequencing.
In her classes, the focus is not on the teacher but on the students’ experience. Julia creates an open space and invites practitioners to experience yoga as an inner, non-competitive practice—independent of what the body can do or what it looks like. Consciously executed movements become a gateway to awareness, openness, and transformation.

Since 2003, yoga has been an integral part of her life, inseparably connected to her physical and mental well-being. For her, a regular practice extends far beyond the mat and shapes her perspective on movement, presence, and everyday life.
Alongside teaching, Julia works as a performing artist and juggler and is a co-founder of the training space Katakomben e.V.
Her approach can be summed up simply: Yoga—and being a lifelong student.
JULIA is teaching JIVAMUKTI OPEN – Sunday 10:00 am
