EVA

Eva is the founder of VEA Studio and the person behind much of what makes it feel the way it does. Trained in Jivamukti and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, she brings years of experience, a grounded personal practice, and a genuine love for teaching.

Her classes are dynamic, playful, and strong. She encourages you to challenge yourself while staying connected to your body, with a focus on building strength and a practice that feels sustainable over time – not on perfecting poses.

Beyond teaching, Eva organizes workshops and community events, writes the occasional studio newsletter, and loves offering hands-on assists and chanting Mantra. As a photographer, she has a natural eye for detail and atmosphere, which also finds its way into her classes. Her playlists are as diverse as she is: sometimes featuring beats you might hear at Berghain, other times opening space for stillness with calm, subtle sounds.

What matters most to her? Fairness, sustainability, and honest connection—in her private life, in the studio, and in every single class. For Eva, yoga is less about achievement and more about getting to know yourself, building trust in your own body, and creating a practice you’ll want to come back to.

EVA is teaching JIVAMUKTI OPEN – Wednesday 6:15 pm and DYNAMIC VINYASA – (Tuesday 8:00 am and) Saturday 10:30 am
