started practicing Yoga regularly about a decade ago and it has turned her life upside down - literally and metaphorically. In 2016 she started teaching.
Her curiosity to better understand yoga, the body, the mind and - most interestingly - human consciousness has led her to undergo over 1000 hours of training in Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, LYT (a functional approach inspired by physio therapy), anatomy, massage therapy and somatic practices, as well as a 2 years coaching training at the Institute for Integrative Yoga Psychology in Berlin.
It is her aim as a teacher and coach to inspire her students and clients to (re)learn how to trust their bodies, how to manage their energy and emotions and develop a self-practice (Sadhana) that is resourceful, insightful and supports them to live up to their own values.
