teaches a strong Vinyasa Flow that aims to remind you of 

all the ressources living already in you. She leads you through a class infused

with Yoga philosophy and challenges you to have an intentional practice.

 

For her Yoga is a way to get to know ourselves better and practice compassion towards ourself.

It´s a waking up practice (!) that shows us not only all the beauty but also the uncomfortable truths and ways to grow through both of them.
