I teach playful and functional classes that combine yoga postures, flow and mindfulness with “not yoga” movements. You can expect both gentle and dynamic movement in a non-competitive and non-dogmatic environment, with a focus on transitions between different physical postures based on biomechanical principles. Rather than focusing on aesthetic ideals of modern yoga, I am interested in the ways in which our bodies actually move. In my classes I like to weave mindfulness in movement and stillness, offering space and time for you to connect with yourself.
I trained in Dynamic Mindfulness and continued my education with yoga for kids and teens. Classes are generally taught in English, but I also speak German and Spanish
