PSYCHEDELIC BREATH
The breathwork technique that allows you to dive into a state of non-ordinary consciousness through the combination of an ancient practice and neuroscience. A 90min session that allows you to work in the rhythm of your breath to remove physical,mental and emotional blockages.
The experience is individual and unique from each session. What remains the same is the support you receive from the group dynamic, music, essential oils and full guidance.
Come as you are, new or experienced to breathwork for a self- exploratory journey into the realms of the unconscious.
WHAT TO EXPECT
WARM-UP: we open the session with a theme for the evening and we start with a tease of
what is coming!
INTRO TO PB® TECHNIQUE: instructions about the breathwork technique, explanation of
physical and emotional responses, altered consciousness and contraindication.
ACTIVE BREATHING: the practice of PB® with full guidance and music.
RELAXATION: meditating and reflecting in Sukhasana or Savasana.
SHARING CIRCLE: highly recommended for beginners and the curious ones. I open the
space for those who wish to voluntarily share their own experience and open up about how
it felt during the psychedelic breathing journey.
WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE THE SESSION
It is preferable to join the session on an empty stomach and it is advised therefore to not
eat 2-3 hours before. A tiny snack or drinking water is not going to ruin the experience if
you need it.
Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to fully breathe and sit comfortably.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® is not recommended for the following conditions: pregnancy,
epilepsy, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, high inner eye pressure, clinical
anxiety or panic attacks, psychosis, a history of stroke, recent surgery (wounds, broken
bones still healing).

We will spend a long weekend together surrounded by nature in a cosy farm house in Mecklenburg. We will ground ourselves through meditation, asana practice and pranayama, to cultivate a clearer sense of where we are and where we are headed. Slowing down and re-center, raising our energies together. There will be space to share (if you wish) and tune into yourself, there will be chanting (totally optional) and some workshop style classes, Jivamukti Yoga, Yin Yoga and more.
Lots of Time to rest, for reading, walks in nature, sauna, hanging out with awesome people and yummy, nourishing, vegan food. optional digital detox and silent time.

This is usually the time of the year when we are SO READY for spring but there is still a hint of winter in the air. The days are slowly getting longer again, It is the time of re-birth, bringing forth new ideas, looking ahead by reflecting on what was and is right now.
