JIVAMUKTI OPEN

Jivamukti Yoga Open class is a fast paced and invigorating vinyasa based sequence. It is a fully balanced class which includes asana warm up, chanting, setting intention, Surya Namaskar, standing poses, back bends, forward bends, twist, inversions, meditation and relaxation, with spiritual teachings. 

Not suitable for total beginners, basic understanding of asana required.

WEEKEND FLOW

this is a vinyasa flow class with creative sequencing and a different focus each week, sometimes more playful other times more structured.

JIVAMUKTI SPIRITUAL WARRIOR

Spiritual Warrior is a shorter,  set sequence within the Jivamukti method. It is a great way to get to know JMY, build strength both physically and mentally and prepare for open classes.

STRETCHING + BACK

This class is taking you through a stretching and strengthening routine to increase flexibility and back strength.

This class focuses on full-spectrum flexibility with emphasis on connected movement. Stretching+ Back is a holistic practice designed to improve your body's mobility and find release.

great way to compliment your fitness routine or Yoga practice :)

ABS, ASS, PELVIC FLOOR +

In this class we will strengthen muscles you might not know you have, and we will strengthen each region of a muscle and in a variety of ranges to both increase function and develop a more intimate relationship with that part of your body!

Strength training of the muscles that attach to the trunk for injury prevention, resolution of soreness and pain, increased mobility and flexibility, better awareness and just for fun! 

PILATES + MYOFASCIAL STRETCHING

Get warm and strong with pilates mat work and then improve the quality of the soft tissue with myofascial stretching, where stretches are held for longer periods to lengthen the body’s fascia and other connective tissues.

MOBILITY FLOW

Mobility flow is not your typical yoga class. It mixes functional movement centered on concepts such as mobility, coordination, proprioception, stability and balance alongside yoga postures, mindfulness and meditation. You will use blankets, resistance bands, softballs, blocks and other props to explore both isolated controlled and free flowing movements. In class you choose and explore the variations that work best for you. Mobility flow combines playful and dynamic movement with moments of stillness and time for you to turn inward and relax

INTERMEDIATE VINYASA / ASANA PLAYGROUND

this is an intermediate/advanced class usually working towards a peak pose. It is time for exploration and trying, often failing and taking it with a bit of humour.

FUNKY FLOW

a wild self-creation of bouncing freely on and off your mat shaking tension out to some funky beats tapping the body from head to toes dragon dance flow & yinny asanas breathing deeply to release & surrender peaceful mediation

This class is a funky ride with inspiration from Tao Yoga, Somatics, Yin Yoga topped with bits and pieces from body therapy & dance. Lots of good vibes and a beating heart.

DYNAMIC /EMOTIONAL RELEASE BREATH WORK

The breathwork in this class is an active/up-regulating and conscious breath done whilst lying down. The circular and rhythmic two-part inhale with a relaxed exhale incorporates elements of ancient Pranayama practices with modern techniques. 

This pattern of breathing stimulates your sympathetic nervous system, allowing surface tension to rise and alchemise. You may clear through emotional blocks with emotional release, excavate stagnant energy, or find yourself in grounded and timeless presence. Interweaved throughout the guided visualisations will be prompts to check-in with your body, soften the mind, and explore your intuition and spirit. 

DEEP VINYASA FLOW

This is a slightly calmer, slower paced vinyasa class that will leave you balanced and grounded. working through the layers and getting to know yourself on a deeper level

YIN, YANG FLOW

Starting with an active Vinyasa practice (YANG) this class leads you into a restorative YIN practice. Perfect to start your weekend.

YIN + YOGA NIDRA

This is a slow, meditative class, that will help to restore your body and quiet the mind.

Starting with a Yin Yoga sequence to open up joints and stretch the connective tissues.

Ending with Yoga Nidra, a guided healing relaxation practice that helps to manage stress, diving into the deeper layers of consciousness.
